Recording access codes, keys and hazards for each site

Every site remembers its codes, lockboxes, pets, hazards and preferred workers. Nobody re-discovers them every week.

On the customer card

Open a customer. Scroll to Access & safety. Fill in what you know — door code, keybox code, alarm code, alarm provider, gate code, lockbox location, keys held by which worker, pets, allergies, known hazards.

What workers see

Workers see only what you've allowed them to see on that site. Trusted workers see full codes; temporary workers see 'Ask the office' with a one-tap call.

Hazards are flags, not text

Pets, steep stairs, cracked path, fragile tile, a difficult neighbour — mark as icons that workers see at a glance on the job card, not buried in paragraphs.
