What is a "user"?
A user is anyone you give a login to — owners, managers, office staff. Field workers on a QR code are free. Customers are always free.
Are there any payment processing fees?
We never take a cut of your customer payments. Stripe charges their own processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30c) straight to you, not via us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card. Your whole team can use it, as many workers, customers and jobs as you like.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is yours. One click exports everything (customers, schedules, workers, invoices) as CSV. We delete the account 30 days after cancellation.
Can I change my plan or add users later?
You can add or remove users any time. We prorate the month. No ceremonies, no support tickets, no 12-month contracts.
Do you offer nonprofit or small business discounts?
Registered nonprofits get 30% off. Businesses with under 3 workers pay a flat $95/mo (includes 3 users). Get in touch.
