Letting AI fill the gaps in your week

Someone called in sick. Someone quit. A new customer wants in. Keep Up's assistant rebuilds the week so you don't have to.

01

What the assistant is actually doing

The assistant is not a chatbot. It looks at your round, the rules you've set (hours caps, skills, languages, trusted workers for certain customers, travel time, equipment), and it asks you one or two questions, then proposes a new round. You see the old and new side by side. You approve the bits you like.

02

Three things to ask it first

1) 'Balance this week — nobody over 9 hours.'

2) 'Reassign Maria's round — she called in sick.'

3) 'Fit this new customer in on Tuesdays.'

03

How the assistant respects your trust levels

Each customer can have a 'trusted workers only' flag. Each worker has a trust level you set. The assistant will never put a freshly-hired temp on a trusted-only site. It tells you clearly when there's a conflict.

04

Nothing the assistant does is final

Every change from the assistant is a proposal. Approve all, approve some, or throw it away. Your original round is one click back.

Tip

Don't be shy with the assistant. It gets better the more specific you are about your rules.
