Taking payments online (and on the road)

Saved cards, tap-to-pay, tips, receipts — built in. Stripe powers it. You just send invoices and watch the money land.

01

Connect Stripe in a minute

Open Billing → Connect Stripe. You'll be taken to Stripe to sign in or sign up. When you come back, Keep Up has your account and payouts are already configured.

02

The customer side

On a customer's page they see every invoice, a Pay button, a saved-cards list, and a receipt by email after each payment. Apple Pay and Google Pay are on by default. Customers can tip, and you decide whether tips go to the worker, the business, or both.

03

Automatic weekly invoicing

Set it to invoice on Friday for the past week of visits. Keep Up builds the invoice from the schedule, emails it, and watches for payment. Unpaid after seven days? A polite reminder goes out.

04

Your money, your bank

Keep Up does not hold your money. Payments go straight to your Stripe account and from there to your bank on your chosen schedule.

Tip

We never take a percentage of your payments. The only money we make is the Keep Up subscription.
