• We never sell your data, and we never train general AI models on it.

• We store data in US and EU regions, with encryption at rest and in flight.
• We are GDPR- and CCPA-compliant, and we act as a data processor for your business.

What we collect

From you (the business): account details, billing details, usage analytics, support messages, crash logs.

From your team: name, role, hours worked, optional email and phone for managers. Field workers on QR have no personal data stored beyond a first name and a chosen language.

From your customers: name, address, contact details you provide, payment method tokens (held by Stripe, not us), messages exchanged.

Why we collect it

To run the product, to process payments, to prevent abuse, and to reply to support requests. Nothing else.

AI and training

The in-product AI assistant runs on leading commercial LLMs. Your data is sent to process the request, then deleted by the provider under a zero-retention data processing agreement. Your data is never used to train a general-purpose model.

Your rights

You can request an export, a deletion, or a correction at any time — directly in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 14 days.

Cookies

This marketing site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your theme preference. The dashboard uses session cookies to keep you signed in. No third-party ad trackers.
