Reports → Export. Pick a date range. Pick 'Quickbooks-ready CSV'. Keep Up produces a file your bookkeeper can import into Quickbooks, Xero, Sage or Excel in one go.
The automatic way: hire a freelancer
Keep Up has a proper REST API documented at docs.aischedule.cloud. Any freelance developer you already work with can wire your Keep Up up to Quickbooks so invoices sync automatically. It's a few hours of work, not a project.
What ends up in the export
Each customer's invoices and payments, each worker's hours and pay, tips in and tips out, refunds, and (if you choose) cost-of-goods for supplies.
