Fair terms, in plain English.

1. Who we are
Keep Up is operated by AC DEV SERVICES LLC. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean AC DEV SERVICES LLC. When they say "you", they mean you, the business that signs up for Keep Up.
2. The service
We provide Keep Up as software-as-a-service, reached through www.aischedule.cloud, dash.try.aischedule.cloud, our mobile apps, and our REST API. We do our best to keep it available, fast and correct. If we make a serious mistake that costs you money, we'll do what's fair.
3. Your subscription
$150 per month for the platform, plus $5 per month per user you give a login to. Field workers on a QR are free. Customers are free. We bill monthly in advance. You can cancel any time — we don't refund the current month, but we'll prorate any part-month on cancellation of users.
4. Your content
Everything you put into Keep Up — customers, schedules, photos, messages — is your content. You own it. You can export it any time. We process it only to run the service for you, and we delete it within 30 days of account cancellation unless the law makes us keep records longer.
5. Acceptable use
Don't break the law with Keep Up. Don't spam people. Don't try to reverse-engineer our software or overload our servers. Don't use the platform to track people without their knowledge.
6. Payments to your customers
Keep Up integrates with Stripe so your customers can pay you. Money flows directly from them to your Stripe account to your bank. We never hold your money. We never take a percentage. Stripe's own fees apply at Stripe's own rates.
7. Warranties and liability
We provide Keep Up "as is". We're not liable for your business outcomes (sorry — you still have to actually turn up to the job). Our total liability, for any reason, is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes
We might change these terms now and then. If we change something materially, we'll tell you by email with at least 30 days' notice. If you don't like the change, you can cancel.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of registration of AC DEV SERVICES LLC. Disputes are resolved in those courts.
