Why no password is a good password
Field workers have lost phones. They have shared phones. They have a partner who uses their phone. A password in their notes app is a disaster waiting to happen. Keep Up gives each worker a QR that ties to a service token — not a real account. They scan. They work. You revoke the token the day they don't come back.
How to onboard a new worker in 10 seconds
Open the dashboard, tap New worker, type their first name, pick their language. Keep Up shows a QR on screen. They scan it with any phone camera. The worker app opens, shows them today's jobs, and they're working.
How to revoke a worker, instantly
Find them in the worker list. Tap Revoke. Their app immediately shows a 'your access has been removed' screen. Any future job already scheduled for them goes back into the pool for the AI to reassign.
The QR itself is one-time. If a revoked worker tries to rescan the old QR, nothing happens.
What workers see, and don't see
Workers only see the jobs you've given them, for the days you've given them. They do not see your customer list, your prices, your other workers, or your money. They see their own hours and pay, which they often love.
