Languages in Keep Up — how each app handles them

Dashboard in 8. Worker app in 8. Customer app in 11 with proper RTL for Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi.

01

Picking a language

Each user picks their own language. For office staff, it's a profile setting. For field workers, they pick at first QR scan. For customers, they pick the first time they open their page — or you pick for them.

02

Eight for the team

English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Polish, Farsi are fully translated in the dashboard and the worker app. Each was reviewed by a native speaker, not dropped into Google Translate.

03

Eleven for the customer

The customer app adds Dutch, Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi — with Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi flowing right-to-left, with the correct greetings for the customer's locale and culture.

04

How translated messages work

When you message a customer, Keep Up writes it in their language. When they reply, you see the reply in your language. Both versions are stored — you can always check the original.

Tip

You can write 'See you Tuesday' and it will become 'Do zobaczenia we wtorek' for a Polish customer.
