Type their name
Open the dashboard or manager app. Tap New worker. Type the first name. That's all you actually need.

Show the QR
Keep Up shows a QR on screen. The worker scans it with any phone camera. The worker app opens. They pick their language. They're in, and today's jobs appear.

What they see, and don't
They see only the jobs you've assigned to them, their hours, their pay. Nothing else. Not your customer list. Not your prices. Not other workers.

Revoke, without drama
Didn't show up? Left without notice? Tap Revoke on their worker record. Their app goes dark immediately. Any future job they were scheduled for returns to the pool for reassignment.
