Moving a visit to another day

Drag it

Open the schedule. Find the visit. Drag it to a new day and time. Keep Up checks for conflicts, shows you the new fit, and asks if it should message the customer.

Tell the customer kindly

Tick 'Tell the customer' and pick a tone — apologetic, routine, cheerful. Keep Up drafts a short message in their language. You approve. It sends.

Rebuild the day if you want

Moving one visit messed up the day? Hit 'Rebuild day' and the AI assistant suggests a clean re-plan. Approve all or some. Done.
