How workers tick off completed work

A thumb. A tap. A checklist. That's the whole worker-side interaction.

01

The job card

Worker opens the app. Today's jobs are in order. Tap a job — address, access notes, pets, hazards, and the checklist appear. The checklist is the right one for the job (kitchen clean, hedge cut, package drop).

02

Tick, optionally photograph

Worker ticks each item as they do it. Photos are optional unless you've made them required per job type. A before/after photo pair takes 10 seconds.

03

Flag a problem

Spotted a leak, a broken gate, a new dog that bites? One tap, pick a category, snap a photo, optional note. Your dashboard shows the flag before the van leaves.

04

Mark not-done

No access, customer asked to skip, genuinely couldn't? Worker picks a reason from a short list. Nobody gets blamed for something that wasn't their fault.
